Certification
Addison is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). NASM uses a scientific, evidence-based Optimum Performance Training model designed for clients to get remarkable results. The NASM® CPT certification is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
About the CPT
The CPT certification involves a comprehensive knowledge of human movement, science, functional anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology as well as functional assessment and program design. NASM are world-leaders in fitness certification and education with methodologies and systems that represent a gold standard in fitness.
Nutrition
Addison is currently studying for his Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (PN1) Certification. Why? Because, he believes in health as a lifestyle, he doesn’t just want to help his clients understand nutrition, he wants to help them change their behavior. The PN1 is the number one recognized nutrition program, globally.
